Fast - Casual
With people becoming increasingly busy, there is less time to cook at home, or even go out for a meal. This means turning to fast food and take-out, which is often merely a careless and cheaply assembled product. Here at Adobo, we do not serve fast food. Instead, we serve excellent food, fast. The idea is simple: demonstrate that food served fast doesn't have to be a "fast-food" experience. We use only high-quality raw ingredients, prepared with classic & authentic cooking methods. Our distinctively designed interiors are staffed with friendly people to take care of each customer. Such features are more typically found in the world of fine dining. "Fast-casual" is the fastest growing segment of the restaurant industry, where customers expect food quality that's more in line with full-service restaurants, coupled with the speed and convenience of fast food. The beautiful thing is that we assemble what you want, and exactly how you want it, right in front of you. Tell us your version of the perfect burrito and we're happy to oblige! What will it be today? The ever-popular steak burrito or a vegetarian fajita bowl? Or maybe two soft flower barbacoa tacos with one real Mexican corn carnitas taco? How about a plain quesadilla or chicken enchilada? Oh yes, the guacamole is a must!

New Traditional Menu
In response to our customers' requests we have developed a larger, more elaborate menu of traditional Mexican dishes. We provide a real dining out experience, with more complex, exclusive, and authentic traditional dishes from Mexico, with a focus on freshness and nutrition. Our dine-in menu features freshly prepared ceviche, Cactus "Nopal" salad, Poblano pepper or zucchini flower soup, Mole with pork or chicken cooked to order, and other carefully selected traditional foods. We're offering people a special dining experience, in a romantic atmosphere, with professional service of not just the food but an expansive wine list and exotically stocked bar. For some special occasions we also provide live musical entertainment, with traditional mariachis or Latin music bands.
